What does UNA mean?
UNA simply means “a” in Italian as in “a pizza place.” Although we consider ourselves Californian inspired, we wanted something that was easy to pronounce, fun to say and conveyed exactly what the restaurant was meant to be: A place for pizza and wine.
Do you allow children?
Yes. We are a neighbourhood restaurant and welcome guests of all ages.
Do you take reservations?
We take limited reservations through our website or by calling 306.978.0116. Our door operates on a first come first serve basis so we recommend coming by at your earliest convenience to minimize your chance of having to wait. During peak times, all the members of your party must be present in order to be seated. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we are not able to guarantee reservations on our patio.
What is your wait list?
When we are full, we offer to take your name and telephone number. We can quote you a fairly accurate time in which we will have your table available; we usually try and give worse case scenario, but this can get up to 90 minutes, especially on weekends and for larger groups. Lunch wait times – we generally don’t have the need to run a wait list for lunch, with the exception of the occasional Friday or Saturday.
Is there a place to wait for a table?
Being such a tight space we don’t have much room for guests who are waiting. We invite you to enjoy a beverage and wait in our vestibule, or, space permitting, join our sister restaurants Bar Gusto for a drink and a snack while waiting. We also encourage you to visit one of our Broadway neighbours while you wait.
Do you take reservations for large parties?
We are happy to book our sister restaurant Bar Gusto for large groups (up to 28 guests); contact email@example.com to enquire. While our website only accepts booking of up to eight guests, if you have a party of 9+, please contact us to book and we will do our best to accommodate. We kindly ask that to be fair to every guest that whole parties be present before we seat you.
Are we able to book ahead a special event at UNA?
Depending on the time and date, we would be happy to work with you to host your special event at UNA, or at our sister restaurant Bar Gusto, just north of UNA, which is available to host private parties up to 28 people. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Are you able to accommodate allergies?
Yes, and allergies are something we take very seriously. Most of our menu is made to order, which makes it very easy to omit items that may be suspect, like gluten, dairy or nuts. We pride ourselves on a safe and clean work environment and are very aware of how cross contamination may have very serious effects on those with severe allergies.
Do you have gluten free options?
Most of our menu is or can be made gluten free, including desserts. Our staff are all trained to know exactly what is in every dish we prepare and can easily guide you through your gluten free options. And yes we have gluten free pizza crusts! They are made with love from our friends at Care Bakery, a certified gluten free bakery.
Are you vegetarian/vegan friendly?
Yes, many of our menu items can easily be adjusted to be vegan and there are many vegetarian options from our salads, to share plates and pizzas.
Can I have a good conscience eating your food?
Absolutely! We are proudly local and most of our meats are made in house. As often as possible, our produce comes from local, Saskatchewan farms and our eggs are organic.
Do you offer take out?
We are happy to offer orders for TakeAway. Most of our menu is available to go and a detailed Take Out Menu is available on our website. You can order online through on our website, and pre-order up to seven days in advance; you can also order in person or by phone at 306.978.0116. We offer pizza by the slice daily from 1130am-2pm.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery throughout Saskatoon from 430-9 pm daily via our in-house delivery service. Alternatively, we are available on Door Dash via mobile phone app during regular business hours.

Do you sell gift cards?
We have gift cards in any denomination you would like. They can be purchased over the phone, by coming in, in person, through our website, as well as online here.
